How long will my order take?
An order once processed will be delivered in 7-10 days. Please note that this time frame may vary depending on the type of product, the stock status as well as your location. We ensure delivery within 1 weeks of confirmation of payment. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped (on your registered email address).
Can I return an item?
We do not accept returns as we make the product after receiving the order and check it as per our quality guidelines before dispatch. We advise you to check the dimensions of your entrance/space before buying so that there is no issue while getting the product inside.
Will I get any written confirmation for my order?
Yes. You will certainly receive an email confirmation immediately once you make the payment, which will give you complete information about the product details and the estimated delivery time.
Do the product prices include delivery charges?
All product available for shopping online on www.indekor.co.in are delivered to your Door Step/Destination of your choice, duly insured, anywhere in India by our logistics partner. The prices are inclusive of delivery charges, as well as taxes.
Are the website prices inclusive of all taxes?

Can I cancel my order?
Your order shall be processed within 3 working days from confirmation of payment. Once processed, an order cannot be cancelled. If you cancel your order within 48 hours of payment, you need to send us an email informing us about the same and you shall receive a voucher of the balance amount after a deduction of 10% processing fee. What happens if I am out when you deliver?
As all deliveries have to be signed for, we will be unable to leave your product and it will be returned back to the distribution centre of our Logistics partner. You will then be contacted on phone to schedule a further delivery date.
Will the product fit?
All widths and diagonal depths should be less than the entryway dimensions. Check the diagonal depth on upholstery by placing a straight tape measure from the back of the frame to the front of the arm. If it was easy to get your existing product in, compare the measurements with the model you want to replace it with. When ordering a wall display unit, measure the wall you wish to place it against from floor to ceiling. The diagonal height should be less than the entryway. Measure the width and height of all doorways, hallways, and stairways, including banisters and turns, and don’t forget about obstacles such as wall and ceiling lights.
